Luci was just great. She worked with Felicity to support me online and in person. She followed up with me to see how my baby and I were doing after our clinic visit. I really felt like I could reach out to her and ask for help even after our clinic visit.

The service that Luci and Felicity offer together is great- a complete support package for new Mum’s and their babies. I am immune suppressed so had been shielding but Luci was very professional and I felt confident in their controls and measures around covid.
